The Atlantic Highland Park

Andre was absolutely amazing going above & beyond to get me into my apartment after hearing about my situation. He was extremely attentive to what I was looking for & kept open communication at all times. The entire office staff was amazing from Gabbie to Megan were huge helps & the transition was extremely smooth. I absolutely love my place I feel safe & the community is everything I could ask for.

I was very surprised to find such close apartments to Highland Park Village and they have great apartments at a great price. The complex is 0.5 miles away from Whole Foods, 0.2 miles from RaceTrack , 1.2 miles from Eatzi's, 3 pharmacies & 3 car washes within a mile radius and many sit down restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. Pros: Fast, friendly, great units & location. Cons: Parking, trash. I moved in just a month ago & so far-I love it. I submitted my application online without walking the property & was not disappointed one bit. Many thanks to Jan Rogers who assisted me with the rest of the move in process. Jan was INCREDIBLE! She was patient, did an astonishing job following up with updates via email, calls & even stayed after hours to accommodate my busy schedule.Thanks for helping me in such a short amount of time. I have a one bedroom type A1A with a patio overlooking the pool, the unit is only 650 Sq. Ft. but the layout makes it feel larger, good amount of storage space & it's very cozy. I've only had to put in one maintenance request so far for the fire alarm & it was tended to within 12 hours. I'll write another review at the time of move out :)- so far I'm loving Atlantic at Highland Park.

After touring place after place, we found The Atlantic Highland Park with great prices and being so close in the city! When applying we had issues with the website but the whole leasing and management staff were super helpful. Especially Jan and Eli! They completely went out of their way to help us get the whole process finished! Now that we are there, we have no issues with the community! Gates stay closed and it’s actually really quiet because we are on the back half of the building. I’m super grateful for the help of Jan and Eli!

I AM so ready to move !!!! The insulation of the apartment sucks ! Everytime the tenant above me walks my ceiling RATTLES and shakes ! She literally does it on purpose since i've confronted her nicely about it. It's so disturbing! It's messing with my mental health ! I can't get any peace in my own HOME! I've lived under people before and it's never been this bad! The hallways are dirty and stinky & the cameras barely work in the garage. Probably breaking my lease soon ! Terrible ! They also need to upgrade these units vents dirty .. Paint chips everywhere & they just paint over everything ! & They never Fix things On time ! I better get my deposit back for this mess

I live here currently this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Also management and security does not care about you. I call every day multiple times of the day for a very bad noise complaint, my ceiling fan literally shakes. I call I’m not even sure if she security goes up there, I’ve called the police myself. The people above me Have zero care in the world and so as our management they stomp day and night I tell management, and they do not care. One more thing to add if you call in for a maintenance it’ll literally take them two months to come. You can constantly call maintenance and they will not come. As I’m typing this they’re stomping right now.
